摘　　要：本文分析了生态产业链利益相关者共同治理思想,基于角色理论,提出基于治理角色的生态产业链利益相关者治理理论,分析了市场导向型和行政导向型两大类生态产业链治理因素。借鉴质量机能展开(QFD)面向顾客需求思想和演绎分析技术,将治理因素和生态产业链绩效目标相对应,通过重要度变换,确定生态产业链关键治理因素,并进行了比较分析。Firstly , stakeholder co-governance concept for eco-industrial chain is presented . The theory of stakeholder governance based on governance role is proposed . Governance factors for market-oriented eco-industrial chain and administration-oriented eco-industrial chain are individually analyzed . Secondly , with the customer-oriented idea and deductive analysis technique of quality function development , governance factors and performance indexes for eco-industrial chain are correlated . With the importance change , the crucial governance factors for eco-industrial chain are determined . Finally , the differences of crucial governance factors for the two types of eco-industrial chains are studied .
