改良Burks-Schaffer入路治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折

摘　　要：目的：探讨后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折手术治疗的临床疗效。方法使用改良Burks-Schaffer入路切开复位空心螺钉内固定治疗16例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折。结果手术时间35-55 min。16例均获随访，时间7-15个月。骨折均愈合良好，无再移位发生。平均Lysholm评分：从术前53．2分±3．2分提高至末次随访时95．6分±4．3分（P〈0．05）。结论改良Burks-Schaffer入路治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折可小切口快捷显露骨折区域，空心螺钉固定骨折可靠满意。Objective To study the clinical effect for surgery of tibial avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate liga-ment（ PCL） . Methods 16 cases of tibial avulsion fracture of the PCL were fixed with canulated screw through the modified Burks-Schaffer approach. Results The operation time was from 35 to 55 minutes. All the patients were fol-lowed up for 7-15 months. All the patients were healed well with no fracture displacement. The average Lysholm score reached 95. 6 ± 4. 3 from preoperative 53. 2 ± 3. 2 （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Treatment of tibial avulsion frac-ture of the PCL through the modified Burks-Schaffer approach is a better surgical procedure with minimal incision, fast sufficient exposure. Fixation with canulated screw is effective and satisfactory.
