摘 要:采用激光-MIG复合焊的方法,对高铁用7N01铝合金进行了焊接工艺试验,对复合焊过程中激光的作用进行了研究。给出了激光对焊缝成形的改善效果,测定并分析了接头的硬度分布,讨论了激光的加入对接头微观组织的影响。试验表明:激光的加入能够抑制驼峰,可以增大熔深,并且在文中所给参数下,不会对热影响区造成显著影响。本文最后探讨了激光-MIG复合焊过程中,激光作用的机理。7N01 aluminium alloy using in high-speed vehicles was welded by laser-MIG hybrid welding. The effects of laser on the welding process was investigated. The alterations of weld formation were provided after the input of laser. The microhardness distribution of the weld joints was measured. The influence of the input of laser on the microstructure of the welded joints was discussed. The results show that hump is suppressed and the penetration improves with the adding of laser. There is no significant influence on HAZ under parameters given in the article. Finally, the mechanism of the effect of laser during hybrid welding process was discussed.
