摘 要:凸耳实验和锥杯实验是研究材料成形性能的一个重要手段。应用BCS-AR50试验机分别对ST12和DP590钢进行了凸耳实验和锥杯实验,研究了不同材料和板料直径对凸耳、锥杯实验的影响。结果表明,常温下ST12钢的凸耳率和锥杯值大于DP590钢,并据此确定了极限拉深系数;利用有限元软件模拟了凸耳实验和锥杯实验过程,预测了失效区域并分析了锥杯破裂的原因。Earing test and conical cup test are important means of material formability research. Earing test and conical cup test of ST12 and DP590 steel were conducted respectively by using BCS-AR50 testing machine. The effects of different materials and sheet metal diameters on conical cups and earings experiments were studied. The results show that the earing rate and conical cup values of ST12 steel are larger than those of DP590 steel at room temperature. And according to these tests, the limit drawing coefficient is determined. The earing and conical cup experiments were simulated by using the f'mite element software. The failure zone was predicted. Causes of conical cup rupture were analyzed.
