摘 要:以锌铝合金做钎料,用刮擦钎焊方法去除镁合金表面氧化膜;钎剂辅助润湿,在大气条件下实现对AZ31镁合金的钎焊连接。用电子探针对焊缝接头处的成分进行面扫描成像分析。结果表明,焊缝的主要成分为Mg、Al,主要组成相为a-Mg(Al,Zn)的固溶体和Mg12Al17化合物。界面处的Zn和Si两种元素完全扩散开,成均匀的点状,分布于a-Mg中形成固溶体。Taking Zn-A1 alloy as brazing filler metal, the oxide film on the surface of the magnesium alloy was removed by scrape brazing knife. Soldering flux assisted in wetting, and the welding connection of AZ31 alloy completed under the condition of atmosphere. The line scanning analysis of the welded joint was carried out by surface scanning imaging using electron probe microanalysis. The results show that welded splice is mainly composed of Mg and A1 ingredient. The composed phase is the solid solution ofa-Mg (A1 and Zn) and Mg12Al17 compound. Zn and Si element completely diffuses, which is in dotted and homogeneously distributes in a-Mg solid solution.
