摘 要:对4 mm厚的T2纯铜板和锡基钎料Sn99.3Cu0.7板进行了搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)对接焊工艺试验,并对焊接接头的显微组织、物相组成、力学性能和耐蚀性能进行了测试与对比分析。结果表明,采用FSW方法可以实现T2纯铜与锡基钎料Sn99.3Cu0.7的对接焊,获得力学性能和耐蚀性均良好的焊接接头;接头金属间化合物层由Cu6Sn5相组成,接头抗拉强度达到锡基钎料母材的83.78%、伸长率达到锡基钎料母材的77.27%;FSW接头的腐蚀电位较较传统钎焊接头正移205 mV,FSW接头的耐蚀性明显提高。The friction stir welding of T2 copper plate with the thickness of 4mm and tin based solder Sn99.3Cu0.7 plate were carried out. The microstructure, phase composition, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of butt welding joints were studied. The results show that the friction stir welding method can achieve butt welding ofT2 copper and tin based solder Sn99.3Cu0.7 .The satisfactory joints with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance can be obtained.The intermetallic compound layer of the joints consists of Cu6Sn5 phases. The joint tensile strength reaches 83.78% of tin-based solder base metal tensile strength, and the elongation reaches 77.27% of tin based solder base metal elongation. The corrosion potential of FSW joint is positively shifted by 205mV than that of traditional brazed joint. The corrosion resistance of the FSW joint is improved significantly.
