摘  要:利用ANSYS有限元模拟软件,研究分析气孔和裂纹对焊接接头应力集中的影响,模拟出不同位置、不同尺寸的单个气孔和裂纹在焊接接头截面焊缝区内的应力分布,并计算出相应的应力集中系数,以便对实际焊接中出现气孔和裂纹问题时进行质量可行性分析。结果表明,当焊缝出现气孔和裂纹缺陷时,在缺陷边缘区域将产生较高的应力集中,气孔和裂纹对接头应力集中的影响与其尺寸和分布位置有关,裂纹引起的应力集中远大于气孔。The effects of pore and crack on stress concentration in welded joint were studied by finite element simulation software ANSYS. The stress distribution of welded joint with different location and size of the single porosity and crack were simulated, and the corresponding stress concentration factor was calculated, for the quality feasibility analysis in the actual welding with porosity and crack problems. The results show that when the porosity and crack defects appear in welding seam, the edge of the defect area results in high stress concentration. The effects of pore and crack on stress concentration in welded joint was related to the size and distributing position of pore and crack.And the stress concentration caused by Crack is greater than that of pore.
