创新视域下社区合作养老模式的构建探析

摘　　要：我国人口老龄化形势严峻,家庭养老功能弱化,现行养老模式难以满足养老服务的新要求。基于我国养老现状,以社区为平台,整合社会资源,挖掘社会成员合作养老潜力,构建社区合作养老新模式是一个值得研究的新课题。论题论述、分析了我国社区合作养老模式的内涵、特征、优势及其制约因素,提出了构建我国社区合作养老新模式的策略。With the population ageing worsening in China and the function of home endowment weakening, the current nursing modes have failed to meet the higher requirements for endowment service. On the basis of the present nursing situations in China, it＇ s significant, with the community as the platform, to carry out a new study on how to construct the new endowment mode of the community cooperation by integrating the social re-sources and exploring the potential of cooperative endowment among the social members. The paper, discussing and analyzing the connotations, characteristics, advanlages and obstacles in the cooperative endowment mode of the community in China, puts forward the strategies for constructing the new mode of the community-based coop- erative endowment in China.
