内蒙古经济增长质量的测度与评价

摘　　要：近年来,内蒙古的经济在增长数量上获得了巨大成绩,但这并不必然意味其在经济增长质量上同样具有优势。对于经济增长质量的测度与评价,关键在于建立合适的经济增长质量指数体系以及运用恰当的分析方法。在充分把握经济增长质量内在性质的基础上,建立指标体系,运用主成分分析法对2000-2010年间内蒙古的经济增长质量进行测算及综合评价。测度结果显示,内蒙古自治区的经济增长质量指数呈现较为缓慢的上升态势,反映了内蒙古自治区经济增长的质量已经有了稳步的提升,但与其数量上的飞速增长相比,仍有较大提升空间。In recent years, Inner Mongolia has achieved staggering performance in quantity of economic growth, but that does not mean it is armed with the same advantage in quality of economic growth. The key to measure and evaluate the quality of economic growth lies in establishing an appropriate quality of economic growth index system and applying proper analytical methods. It is property to sets up an appraisal system containing six di- mensions and 37 basic indexes based on the full grasp of the inherent properties of the quality of economic growth, and conducts measurement and comprehensive evaluation on the quality of economic growth of Inner Mongolia dur- ing 2000 -2010 utilizinz the Princioal Comoonents Analysis.
