简析近代浙江族田租率

摘　　要：族田是宗族发展的重要经济基础,遍布于近代浙江农村。利用浙江地区族谱和近代浙江农村调查所提供的资料,可以发现浙江地区族田租率较低。造成这样的情况主要是由于浙江地区族田都是来源于族人的众存以及族人主动的捐献。此外增强宗族凝聚性,提高对于农村社会的控制力,也是影响族田廉租情况的重要原因。族田的低租率促进了宗族的壮大,同时也对浙江农村造成了破坏。The clan fields is the important economic foundation for the development of the clan,which exsited throughout modem Zhejiang countryside.The discover that the low rent rate of clan field in modem Zhejiang province by using genealogy in Zhejiang and using data of rural survey in modem Zhejian province. The reasons for the situation because the origination of clan field in Zhejiang,which derived from the deposit and donation of clan.Moreover, enhancing the clan cohesion and improving the control force of rural society, which is the important reasons for the situation that the low rent rate of clan field.The low rental rateof clan field promoted the growth of the clan, but also caused damage to the rural areas of Zhejiang.
