基于模糊软集合的区域信息生产力效能关键因素分析

摘　　要：从信息生产力对经济发展的影响机制出发,提出了由"信息分析及管理支持"和"信息传输和处理"构成的"信息服务"分类指标,并将其纳入我国信息生产力效能指标体系,再针对社会经济数据的复杂性和不确定性,引入模糊软集合并定义了依赖度的概念,对影响信息生产力效能的关键因素进行识别。最后利用我国区域数据分别运用模糊软集合依赖度以及相关分析来识别信息生产力效能关键因素,并进行比较分析。结果验证了"信息服务"是影响区域信息生产力效能的关键因素。Based on influencing mechanism of information productive forces on the economic development,firstly this article took the classification indicator＂information service＂consisting of＂information transmission and process＂and＂information analysis and management support＂into the productive efficiency of information evaluation system. Then as to the complexity and uncertainty of social and economic data,this paper introduced fuzzy soft set theory and dependency of two fuzzy soft set were defined to distinguish the key factors influencing mechanism of information productive forces. Regional data in China are applied to the method and correlation analysis to identify key factors of information productive forces,it gets the empirical results. The results proved that ＂information service＂is the key factor of regional information productivity efficiency.
