中药热敷配合筋骨痛消丸治疗腰椎椎管狭窄症130例

摘　　要：目的观察中药热敷配合筋骨痛消丸内服治疗腰椎管狭窄症的疗效。方法选取130例腰椎椎管狭窄症患者口服筋骨痛消丸配合中药热敷治疗,治疗前后进行临床观察。结果治疗后临床观察总有效率为89.23%。结论中药热敷配合筋骨痛消丸内服对腰椎椎管狭窄症有较好的治疗作用。Objective to observe the TCM hot compress with Jingu Tongxiao pill curative effect for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis disease. Methods selected 130 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis patients with Chinese medicine Jin- gu Tongxiao pill with herbs hot compress treatment, took clinical observation before and after the treatment. Results after the treatment, the total effective rate was 89.23 %. Conclusion TCM hot compress with Jingu Tongxiao pill for the treat- ment of lumbar spinal stenosis disease has good effect.
