摘　　要：杨士瀛,字登父,号仁斋,南宋时期著名民间医家,其学博冠汉唐金元,并能知常达变,融会贯通,于内伤杂病证治多有创见。虽然发展至宋代,消渴及痢疾证治理论已至臻成熟完善,但杨士瀛仍能于发病机制及用药服法等,阐微发幽,独具特色,对其进行深入挖掘及整理,有助于丰富、发展、提高消渴及痢疾临床辨治理论及水平。Yang Shiying, alternative name Dengfu, titled RenZhai, the famous folk physician for the southern Song dynasty period, his konwledge covered Jin and Yuan dynasty, flexibly and achieved mastery through a comprehensive study, he was full of originalities and views about the internal injuries cure diseases. Although in Song dynasty, diabetes, and dysentery card governance theory had become mature and perfect, Yang Shiying was still dig deep and arranged the pathogenesis and drug using method, etc. , helped to enrich, develop and improve the clinical Syndrome differentiation theory and level about diabetes and dysentery.
