摘 要:为了有效的对印染废水进行处理,使出水水质达到《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》,选用生物转盘反应器为主体处理技术.研究了不同转盘转速、不同水力停留时间下生物转盘反应器对印染废水的处理能力.结果表明,系统运行稳定后,转盘转速为3 r/min、水力停留时间为4 h时,出水COD、氨氮的值分别为94.08 mg/L和18.45 mg/L,去除率分别为94.12%和90.03%,已经达到纳管标准,说明生物转盘反应器是一种适用于处理印染废水的处理技术.To improve the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater efficiently , and make the effluent could reach the standard of discharge standard for municipal wastewater , this pa-per chose the rotating and biological reactor as the main treatment technology .The capacity of the rotating and biological reactor on printing and dyeing wastewater was studied under dif-ferent disc rotating speed and HRT .The results indicated that when the system was stable , the disc rotating speed was 3 r/min, and the HRT was 4 h, the effluent COD and NH 3 were 94.08 mg/L and 18.45 mg/L, and the removal rates were 94.12%and 90.03%, respec-tively.They both reached the sewer standard .Therefore , the rotating and biological reactor was a suitable treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater .
