摘　　要：环境要素是城镇可持续发展的基本因素.在城镇化建设的背景下,城镇的生态环境面临巨大压力.立足于城市总体规划的空间资源配置优先权,提出了在不同维度下,大气污染物迁移、水环境承载力、声环境质量和环境风险等环境要素在城市群的城市与城市之间,城市内部不同功能区块之间和单体区块中的环境规划重点与指标,为实现城镇的可持续发展设计提供借鉴.Environmental factors are important factors in achieving sustainable urban develop-ment .In the context of rapid urbanization , the urban environment is facing tremendous pres-sure.In this paper, based on the overall urban planning spatial resource allocation priori-ties, environmental planning priorities of some environmental factors in urban agglomerations city to city, within the city between different functional blocks and blocks monomer were presented in different scales including atmospheric contaminant transport , water environment carrying capacity , sound quality of the environment and environmental risks .And provided reference designs for the sustainable development of cities .
