摘　　要：在对古今文献中具有祛痰涵义之名词术语进行系统梳理的基础上,初步诠释了祛痰法的内涵与外延。认为"祛痰法"的内涵为"针对体内痰浊留伏所变生诸证,通过消导、涌吐、逐下、补益的方法,以祛除停留于脏腑、经络、肢节、皮肤、筋膜等身体各处痰浊的中医治法"。祛痰法的外延包括四个范畴:一为消导祛痰法,其概念如化痰、消痰、导痰等;二为涌吐祛痰法,其概念如吐痰、涌痰、撩痰等;三为逐下祛痰法,其概念如下痰、逐痰、坠痰等;四为补益祛痰法,其概念如运痰法等。对属于"祛痰法"的上述基本概念,从出处、涵义、适应证、代表方药等方面加以考证研究与理论诠释。This article aims to explain the concept of expelling phlegm method through collecting the terms related to expelling phlegm method in the ancient and modern literatures.It concluded that expelling phlegm method was the treatment which applied the method of digestion,guidance,vomiting,purging and nourishing to remove phlegm in internal organs,channels,limbs,skin,and fascia and so on.The expelling phlegm method could be categorized into four types：firstly,the digestion-guidance type,such as transforming phlegm,dispersing phlegm,and abducting phlegm,etc.;secondly,the vomiting type such as vomiting phlegm,eject phlegm and ari-sing phlegm,etc.;thirdly,the purging type,such as precipitating phlegm,expelling phlegm,down bearing phlegm,etc.;fourthly, the nourishing type,such as moving phlegm.This article annotated these concepts from its source,meaning,application,formula and drugs.
