摘　　要：放射性胃炎是上腹部接受放射治疗后引起的严重并发症。因放射性胃炎在临床上易被忽略诊断,近年来该病的发病率有明显增高的趋势,其是引起胃肠消化道出血的原因之一,治疗也较为棘手,因此日益受到人们的关注。中医学认为,本病既存在肿瘤正气亏虚之本,同时也有癌毒结聚之实,病机总属本虚标实,治疗采用辨证论治的方法,内治与外治相结合,临床疗效显著。Radiation gastritis is a severe complication resulting from abdominal radiotherapy.Despite the fact radiation gastritis in clini-cal diagnosis is likely to be overlooked,in recent years the incidence of the disease has an obvious increasing trend.It is one of the cau-ses for gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and is difficult to cure.According to traditional Chinese medicine,this disease is caused by defi-ciency in origin and excess in superficiality,therefore internal and external treatment should be combined.
