泌尿生殖障碍量表简版中文版信度效度分析

摘　　要：目的：翻译英文版泌尿生殖障碍量表简版（UDI-6）并进行心理学测量.方法：对UDI-6进行初译、回译、综合、再修改、预试验;并用统计学方法验证UDI-6中文版的信度、效度、敏感性.结果：信度：克朗巴赫系数（cronbachα系数）为0.703 ～0.814（＞0.7）;同类相关系数（ICC）为0.726 ～0.846（＞0.7）,表明该问卷信度好.效度：结构效度中,公因子方差为0.568～0.812（＞0.4）,公因子累计贡献率70.445％（＞50％）,因子载荷0.695 ～0.901（＞0.4）;UDI-6与尿失禁影响问卷简版（IIQ-7）相关系数0.415 ～0.623,P＜0.01,表明该问卷效度好.敏感性：术前术后UDI-6得分进行配对t检验,P＜0.01,表明该问卷敏感性良好.结论：UDI-6中文版量表有良好的信度、效度、敏感性.Objective： To translate English versions of the Urogenital Distress Inventory short form （UDI-6） and test their validity, reliability and responsiveness. Methods： Translation ： initial translation, back translation,synthesis of the translations, modification, pretest. Statistical method： Test its validity, reliability and responsiveness. Results：Reliability：Cronbach＇a was 0. 703 -0. 814 （ 〉 0.7）and intraclass correlation coefficient（ICE;） were 0. 726 - 0. 846 （ 〉 0.7） ,which showed that the form was with high reliability. Validity： Construct validity was assessed by exploratory factor analysis. E;ommunality was 0. 568 -0. 812 （ 〉 0.4）, the cumulative variance was 70. 445% （ 〉 50%） and value of factor loading was 0. 484 - 0. 901 （ 〉 0. 4）. The value of spearman＇s correlation coefficient between the UDI-6 and the IIQ-7 were 0. 415 -0. 623 P 〈 0.01 ,which showed that the form was with good validity. Responsiveness：The paired t-test were used to compare the UDI-6 scores between pre-operation and post-operation, P 〈0.01 ,which showed that the form was with good responsiveness. Conclusions：The Chinese version of UDI-6 Form has good reliability,validity and responsiveness.
