摘 要:目的应用血液流动可视化技术(MC-FAN)观察血脂异常患者的血流状态和血流时间(TT),探讨患者血脂水平、血液流变学指标和炎症因子水平与TT之间的相关性。方法确诊血脂异常患者98例,空腹常规检测其血脂水平、血液流变学指标及炎症因子指标,应用逐步多元回归分析统计方法对其与血液流动可视化测定TT进行相关性分析比较。结果血脂异常患者测定的TT(25μl)、TT(50μl)、TT(75μl)、TT(100μl)和健康对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)、非常显著差异(P<0.01);其中分别与总胆固醇(TC)呈正相关(r=0.235,P=0.038;r=0.246,P=0.041;r=0.258,P=0.038;r=0.218,P=0.044);TT(25μl)、TT(50μl)分别与甘油三酯(TG)呈正相关(r=0.216,P=0.048;r=0.215,P=0.043);TT(25μl)、TT(50μl)和TT(75μl)分别与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关(r=-0.269,P=0.032;r=-0.277,P=0.035;r=-0.262,P=0.039);TT(75μl)和TT(100μl)分别与血浆黏度(PV)呈正相关(r=0.320,P=0.045;r=0.254,P=0.045);TT(100μl)与红细胞聚集指数(EI)呈正相关(r=0.267,P=0.008)。TT(25μl)和TT(75μl)分别与腰围(WC)及体重指数(BMI)呈正相关(r=0.231,P=0.023,r=0.181,P=0.046)。TT(25μl)、TT(50μl)和TT(100μl)分别与细胞间黏附因子-1(ICAM-1)呈正相关(r=0.261,P=0.020;r=0.244,P=0.030;r=0.172,P=0.029)。结论血脂异常患者的血液流动性可视化检测(MC-FAN)血液流动时间(TT)与健康人有显著差异,其中部分TT与血脂、血液流变学指标、炎症指标水平、体格指数之间存在相关性,血液流变学可视化检测技术可作为判断血脂异常患者血流状况的参考指标。Objective To explore the correlation between blood lipid, the transiting time (TT) of Micro Channel Array Flow Analyzer (MC-FAN) and hemorheological indices in patients with dyslipidemia. Methods The blood lipid, hemorheological indices and inflammation factors of 98 dyslipidemia cases were detected and the correlation between various factors and TT was analyzed with stepwise multiple re- gression statistical method. Results The TT (25 μ1) , TT (50 μ1) , TT (75 μl) and TT (100 μl) were positively correlated with the TC (r = 0. 235, P = 0. 038;r = 0. 246, P = 0. 041 ;r = 0. 258, P = 0. 038;r = 0. 218,P =0. 044), respectively. The TT (25 μl) and TT (50 μl) were positively correlated with the TG ( r =0.216 ,P =0. 048;r =0. 215 ,P =0. 043). The TT (25 μ1), TT (50 μ1) and TT (75 μ1) were negatively correlated with the HDL ( r = - 0. 269, P = 0. 032 ; r = - 0. 277, P = 0. 035 ; r = - 0. 262 ,P = 0. 039), respectively. The TT (75 μ1) and TT (100 μl) were positively correlated with the PV (r = 0. 320,P =0. 045 ;r =0. 254 ,P =0. 045 ) , respevtively. The TT ( 100 μl) was positively correlated with the El (r = 0. 267,P = 0. 008). The TT (25 μl) was positively correlated with the waist circumference (WC) (r =0. 231 ,P =0. 023) and TT (75 μl) was positively correlated with the BMI (r =0. 181 ,P = 0.046). The TT (25 μ1) ,TT (50 μl) and TT ( 100 μ1) were positively correlated with the ICAM - 1 (r =0. 261 ,P =0. 020;r =0. 244 ,P =0. 030;r =0.172,P =0.029), respectively. Conclusions The part of MC - FAN TT in patients with dyslipidemia is correlated with blood lipid, hemorheology and inflammation factors, and the blood flow status can be observed directly with the MC -FAN apparatus.
