丙酸倍氯米松霜剂联合He-Ne激光照射治疗鼻前庭湿疹

摘　　要：目的:观察丙酸倍氯米松联合He-Ne激光照射治疗鼻前庭湿疹的临床疗效。方法:将200例鼻前庭湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予患者鼻前庭外擦丙酸倍氯米松霜剂治疗,1次/d;治疗组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上辅以He-Ne激光照射治疗,1次/d;对2组结果进行分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为75%,2组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丙酸倍氯米松霜剂联合HeNe激光照射治疗对鼻前庭湿疹的疗效显著,且操作简便,具有明显的抗炎、止痒、镇痛的作用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of nasal vestibule eczema by using beclomethasone dipropionate in combination with He-Ne laser therapy.Method：The 200 cases of nasal vestibule eczema patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The control group received the rub beclomethasone dipropionate cream treatment one time per day.The treatment group supplemented with He-Ne laser irradiation treatment on the basis of the control group on the same treatment,alsoone time per day.Then the results were analyzed.Result：The total effective rate was 100.0%in treatment group,while 75.0%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Beclomethasone dipropionate cream combined with He-Ne laser irradiation therapy on nasal vestibule eczema is significant,and easily to operate,with significant anti-inflammatory,anti-itch,analgesic effects.
