摘  要:如今,随着时代进步和经济发展,人民的生活已经彻底进入了一个全球化的品牌时代。此时的品牌已不仅是一种商品综合品质的体现和代表,更是人们对一个企业及其产品、售后服务、文化价值的一种评价和认知,是一种信任。品牌的载体也从传统衣食住行的实物、服务发展到与人们生活相关的方方面面。In the midst of a rough time for the urban management, Jinan strives to make positive changes in city administration by adopting new methods that are in conformity with the laws of city management. With the upgrading of managing perception from "manage the people" to "manage for the people" then to "let the people manage", favorable effects havebeen achieved following the ingenious development path that adapts to the modern urban growth and the needs of the people. Such a way of management with Chinese characteristics has been praised as the "dedicated mode of Jinan" and thus makes Jinan city administration a nationally renowned brand, a follow-up to Jinan traffic police.
