摘　　要：构建社会主义和谐社会,反映了建设富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义现代化国家的内在要求。加强医疗卫生服务,提高人民健康水平,是党中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会的重要措施之一。医院是医疗卫生服务事业的重要组成部分,医院工会是党联系职工的桥梁和纽带。充分发挥医院工会的自身职能和作用,积极参与和推进和谐医院的建设,是当前医院工会在新形势下需要定位和探讨的课题。Building a harmonious socialist society reflects the inherent requirement of building a prosperous, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country. Strengthening medical and health services, and improving the level of people’s health is one of the most important measures in constructing a socialist harmonious society of the CPC Central committee. Hospital is an important part of medical and health services. Hospital trade union is the bridge and link between the party and workers. Therefore, hospital trade union should give full play to its function and role, actively participate and promote the construction of harmonious hospital. The current hospital trade unions need positioned and explored under the present situation.
