摘　　要：目的探讨胸膜剥脱术后患者的病情观察及护理要点。方法对53例胸膜剥脱术后的患者进行观察与护理。结果 53例患者中,有1例于术后6h进行剖胸探查止血术,1例乳糜胸,术后8d出现。患者全部治愈出院。结论胸膜剥脱术后要认真观察患者的生命体征及引流量,同时采取相应的措施可避免医疗事故的发生,减少并发症,提高医疗护理质量。Objective To investigate the illness observation and nursing points of the patients after pleural stripped operation. Methods 53 cases of patients after pleural stripped operation were observed and nursed. Results In 53 cases of patients,1 case was given exploratory thoracotomy for hemostasis after 6 hours of the operation,1 case got chylothorax after 8 days of the operation.All patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion We should carefully observe the vital signs and drainage to take off after the operation,at the same time,take corresponding measures to avoid medical accidents,reduce the complications,improve the quality of medical care.
