PCI术后冠状动脉末梢血管破裂导致心包填塞1例

摘　　要：1病例资料 患者,女,75岁,主因阵发性胸闷胸痛3年,加重1个月入院。患者3年前曾有心肌梗死病史,未行溶栓,经药物保守治疗好转,但胸痛症状反复发作。就诊于我院行冠状动脉（冠脉）造影：右冠近段弥漫性狭窄,近段闭塞,前降支及回旋支均有80%狭窄病变,建议行冠脉搭桥术,患者及家属均拒绝,A 75-year-old woman with a history of myocardial infarction suffered myocardial infarction again one month ago.Coronary angiography showed occlusion of proximal right coronary,anterior descending and circumflex stenosis were 80%。Patient refused CABG and required PCI treatment,so we performed PCI in the right coronary.pericardial tamponade appeared 3hours after surgery.Patient was transported to the operation room and coronary angiography showed one microvascular leaking in right coronary.Successfully given coil,micro leaking stopped and the patient was out of danger.
