孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察联合应用孟鲁司特钠和布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效。方法120例AR患者随机分为4组,分别使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂、孟鲁司特钠、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂和孟鲁司特钠联合、氯雷他定治疗,疗程8周。评估治疗前后症状、体征评分,统计有效率。结果前3组比氯雷他定组评分改善,总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孟鲁司特钠组和布地奈德鼻喷雾剂组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合用药组与孟鲁司特钠组和布地奈德鼻喷雾剂组比较,体征评分改善,有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂和口服孟鲁司特钠治疗AR,疗效优于单独用药治疗。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into 4 groups,and were treated with budesonide nasal spray only,montelukast sodium tablets only,montelukast combined with budesonide nasal spray and loratadine respectively for eight weeks.Scores of symptom and sign of rhinitis were recorded and the effective rate of each group was calculated.Results Clinical scores and effective rate of the first three groups were significantly different compared with loratadine group after the treatment （P ＜ 0.05）.There was no significant difference between budesonide nasal spray group and montelukast group （P ＞ 0.05）.Clinical scores and effective rate of the combining therapy group were significant different compared with budesonide nasal spray group and montelukast sodium group respectively （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions The clinical effect of budesonide nasal spray combined with montelukast sodium on allergic rhinitis is better than single medicine therapy in treatment of allergic rhinitis.
