怀山药多糖对大鼠胃溃疡的疗效及胃黏膜碱性成纤维细胞生长因子受体表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察怀山药多糖对胃溃疡大鼠的治疗作用,研究怀山药多糖对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜碱性成纤维细胞生长因子受体(basic fibroblas growth factor receptor,bFGFR)表达的影响.方法:将50只大鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白组(A组)、模型组(B组)、怀山药多糖组(C组)、替普瑞酮组(D组)及怀山药多糖+替普瑞酮组(E组).观察并比较各组胃溃疡的愈合情况,取胃组织切片后用免疫组织化学法观察并比较胃黏膜bFGFR表达水平.结果:(1)怀山药多糖组的溃疡指数显著低于模型组(P<0.01);(2)怀山药多糖组胃黏膜bFGFR表达水平显著高于空白组(P<0.01),与替普瑞酮组无统计学差异.结论:怀山药多糖具有良好的胃黏膜保护作用,其机制可能与上调胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜bFGFR表达水平有关.AIM： To observe the therapeutic effect of Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide on gastric ulcer induced with glacial acetic acid in rats as well as its effect on expression of basic fibroblast growth factor receptor（bFGFR） in the gastric mucosa. METHODS： Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups： a control group, a model group, a Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group, a teprenone group and a Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide plus teprenone group. The healing of gastric ulcer was compared between different groups, and the ex pression of bFGFR in the gastric mucosa was also compared.RESULTS： The ulcer index in the Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group was significantly reduced compared with the model group（P〈0.01）. A significant difference was noted in in the expression level of bFGFR between the Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group and normal group（P〈0.01）, while the difference was not statistically significant between the Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide group and teprenone group. CONCLUSION： Dioscorea opposita polysaccharide has protective effects on the gastric mucosa, and the underlying mechanism may be related to promoting synthesis of bFGFR.
