摘　　要：目的:分析小儿白血病合并回盲肠综合征(ileocecal syndrome,ICS)的特点及护理措施,以减轻患儿病痛、提高患儿长期存活率.方法:随机选取2012-01/2014-01益都中心医院肿瘤科收治的64例白血病合并ICS患儿,分析其临床特点并给予其综合护理措施,然后对其治疗和护理效果进行观察分析.结果:64例患儿中选用内科保守治疗56例,3-5 d后中性粒细胞上升到1.0×109/L 44例,感染得到有效控制,11 wk左右患儿均具有稳定的病情.ICS伴休克及弥散性血管内凝血(disseminated intravascular coagulation,DIC)12例,经抢救无法对病情进行有效的控制,发生感染性休克而死亡.肠梗阻8例,手术后痊愈;观察组患儿家属对临床护理工作的满意度93.8%(30/32)明显比对照组62.5%(20/32)高(P<0.05).结论:小儿白血病合并ICS的主要特点为发热、腹痛、水样腹泻、右下腹压痛、粒细胞降低到3×109/L以下等,采用综合护理措施效果良好,值得推广.AIM： To analyze the characteristics of and care measures for childhood leukemia with cecum syndrome, so as to relieve the pain and improve the long-term survival of children affected by this condition. METHODS： Sixty-four children with leukemia with cecum syndrome treated at our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly selected, and their clinical features were analyzed. After they were given comprehensive care measures, treatment and care effects were observed and analyzed. RESULTS： Among the 64 patients included, 56 were given conservative treatment. After 3-5 d of treatment, the count of neutrophils increased to 1.0×10^9/L in 44 cases and the infection was effectively controlled. About 11 weeks later, the patients were still in a stable condition. Ileocecal syndrome（ICS） with shock and disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC） was found in 12 cases, but the disease could not be effectively controlled and they developed septic shock and died. Intestinal obstruction developed in 8 cases, and they were cured after surgery. The rate of satisfaction to nursing work by families of children was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（93.8% vs 62.5%, P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The main features of childhood leukemia with cecum syndrome include fever, abdominal pain, watery diarrhea, right lower quadrant tenderness, and neutropenia decrease to 3×10^9/L. Comprehensive care measures have a good effect in the management of these children.
