摘 要:以6个大丽花品种‘Heat Wave’、‘New Baby’、‘Parc Rincess’、‘My Love’、‘Onesta’、‘Fuzzy Wuzzy’为研究材料,对其进行催芽分根、嫩茎扦插,比较不同品种的分根系数及扦插生根率。结果表明:(1)子根纺锤形,辐射状排列的‘Heat Wave’分根繁殖系数高,为6-8;子根椭球形、不规则排列的‘Onesta’分根繁殖系数低,为2-3;(2)嫩茎扦插20天后,各品种生根率均在65%以上,不同品种间存在显著差异,‘My Love’最高,为86.02%,‘Heat Wave’则最低,为65.95%,大丽花适宜采用嫩茎扦插进行繁殖。6 kinds of Dahlia pinnata varieties:‘Heat Wave',‘New Baby',‘Parc Rincess',‘My Love',‘Onesta',‘Fuzzy Wuzzy'were researched as materials, taken on the force sprouting and split root、young stem cutting, compared ramet coefficients and rooting rate. The results showed that :(1) ‘Heat Wave' had a high propagation coefficient(6-8)of spliting toot, whose second tuberous root were fusiform and arranged radially; ‘Onesta''s propagation coefficient was low(2-3), whose second tuberous roots were ellipsoidal and randomly arranged;(2)After cutting 20 days, the rooting rate of the 6 varieties were all over 65%, there was a significant difference among them, the highest was ‘My Love', 86.02%, and the lowest was ‘Heat Wave', 65.95%, so young stem cutting was suitable being taken in Dahlia pinnata propagation.
