白鹤芋试管苗丛芽增殖与生根诱导试验

摘　　要：以白鹤芋‘甜芝’、‘美酒’两个品种蘖芽为外植体,在MS培养基中添加不同种类和浓度的激素,进行组培快繁试验。试验结果表明:MS+IBA 0.25mg/L+TDZ 0.2mg/L或6-BA 2mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L为‘甜芝’、‘美酒’适宜芽增殖培养基,最适合‘甜芝’生根诱导培养基:1/2MS+30g/L蔗糖+5g/L琼脂+IBA 0.3mg/L,最适合‘美酒’生根诱导培养基:1/2MS+30g/L蔗糖+5g/L琼脂+IBA 0.1mg/L。The tiller buds of Spathiphyllum floribundum ‘Sweet Chico＇ and ‘Mojo＇were cultured in MS medium supplemented with different types and concentrations of hormones for rapid propagation. The results indicated that MS ＋ IBA 1 mg / L ＋ TDZ 2 mg / L or 6-BA 2mg/L＋IBA 1mg/L is suitable for the buds proliferation of ‘Sweet Chico＇ and ‘Mojo＇. The optimum rooting medium for ‘Sweet Chico＇ and ‘Mojo＇ are 1/2MS ＋ IBA 0.5mg/L＋30g/L sucrose and 1/2MS ＋ IBA 0.3mg/L＋30g/L sucrose, respectively.
