摘　　要：目的对HELLP综合征患者采用预见性护理方法,降低产妇并发症。方法监测我院收治的HELLP综合征病人,观察病人的血压、尿蛋白、水肿情况、尿色、转氨酶及血小板值的变化。结果病人血压控制理想,病人在治疗和护理后血小板、肝酶全部恢复正常,平均住院天数缩短。结论 HELLP综合征给予提前干预取得了良好的护理结局,值得日后临床上推广和应用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the of predictive nursing in HELLP syndrome. METHODS To investigate the changes of blood pressure, urine protein, hydrosarca, urine color, liver enzymes and platele in HELLP syndrome. RESULTS Blood pressure and liver enzyme were controlled after the treatment and health care for the patients. CONCLUSION It received good reswh to give predictive nursing for HELLP syndrome which was worth to be implemented and applied in future practice.
