定径套对挤出HDPE管材性能影响研究

摘　　要：对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管材挤出时使用同一挤出口模配用不同规格的定径套的方法进行了试验研究,并对该方式挤出管材分组分压力等级按标准进行了检测,对检测结果和观察到的现象进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,定径套规格比口模规格小一个等级挤出时,管材的各项性能均能达到标准;定径套规格比口模规格小两个等级挤出时,管材性能变差,管材质量达不到标准。The paper focused on the research of using the same extrusion die but different sizing sets when the HDPE tubes were extruded. At the same time, the tests on the extrusion tubes were also conducted by the standard of pressure. Moreover, a final conclusion was drawn based on the testing results and observations in experiments. The results showed that when the sizes of the sizing set were one grade smaller than the extrusion die, the extruded HDPE tubes could meet the standard, while when the sizes of the sizing set were two grade smaller than the extrusion die, the extruded HDPE tubes can not be used due to the bad properties of the tubes.
