摘 要:讨论了多元醇摩尔质量及种类对1,5-萘二异氰酸酯(NDI)型聚氨酯微孔弹性体性能的影响。研究发现,摩尔质量对弹性体的拉伸强度无明显影响,但摩尔质量增大能够降低弹性体的玻璃化转变温度(Tg),促进软段结晶,并增加弹性体的拉断伸长率;通过对聚己内酯二醇(PCL)/NDI与聚己二酸乙二醇丙二醇酯(PEPA)/NDI弹性体的DSC分析,发现PEPA/NDI弹性体无软段结晶峰,其拉伸性能较之PCL/NDI弹性体有所下降;而从DMA的分析结果可知,PEPA/NDI弹性体具有更宽的使用温度范围及在常温下更好的动态力学性能。The effect of molar mass and types of polyol on the property of polyurethane microporous elastomer based 1, 5 -naphthalene- diisocyanat NDI was discussed. The results showed the molecular weight of polyol had no effect on tensile strength of elastomer. As molecular weight of polyol increased, T~ decreased. And tensile elongation was increased because crystal of soft segment was forming. Compared to PCL/NDI elastomer, PEPA/NDI elastomer had worse tensile property because the crystal hadn't formed on the soft segment by DSC testing, but it had wider service temperature range and better dynamic mechanics performance at room temperature by DMA testing.
