摘　　要：采用烂棉仿涤棉织物染色时,浓硫酸对涤纶上的颜色影响较大,实际生产时不能完全依靠烂棉工艺来确定涤棉的染色配方,可以把仿样时布面颜色调到最好时的烂棉小样作为生产参考标样.Concentrated sulfuric acid has a great effect on the color of polyester during the burnt- out cotton process. Instead of entirely depending on the burnt- out cotton process to determine the dyeing formulation of the two phases （polyester and cotton）, after cotton was burnt out, the shade of polyester could also be treated as a production reference standard when the color of the polyester/cotton fabric was under the best situation.
