摘  要:以马来酸酐、聚乙二醇单甲醚(mPEG 1200)、2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇(TMP)为原料,合成了中间体富马酸2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇聚乙二醇单甲醚双酯(TMP-MF-mPEG1200).然后在N2保护下以2-羟基-4-丙烯酸酯基二苯甲酮(HABP)、TMP-MF-mPEGI200、苯乙烯为原料,甲苯为溶剂,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,通过溶液共聚合成了一系列不同HABP含量的复合型高分子光稳定剂P(HABP-co-TMP-MF-mPEG1200-co-St).采用红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)、核磁共振(1H NMR)等手段对TMP-MF-mPEG1200和P(HABP-co-TMP-MF-mPEG 1200-co-St)进行了结构表征.考察了不同HABP含量梳状复合型高分子光稳定剂的紫外光吸收效果.结果表明,P(HABP-co-TMP-MF-mPEG1200-co-St)在250 ~ 350 nm范围内有良好的紫外吸收,随着HABP含量的增加,其紫外光吸收强度增强.进行了HABP与共聚产物的热重分析,结果表明共聚产物的热稳定性明显提高.2, 2, 6, 6-four methyl piperidine alcohol polyethylene glycol fumaric acid two ester (TMP- MF-mPEGI200) were synthesized by using maleic anhydride, mPEG1200 and 2, 2, 6, 6-four methyl piperidine. Then under N 2 protection, a series of different content of HABP composite polymer light stabilizer P(HABP-co-TMP-MF-mPEG1200-co-St) was successfully synthesized by HABP, TMP-MF-mPEG1200, styrene as the main raw materials, toluene as the solvent, dibenzoyl peroxide (BPO) as an initiator, with solution copolymerization. The structure of intermediates and copolymers was characterized by IR, UV and I H-NMR. The influence of ultraviolet radiation of different contents of HABP comb polymer composite light stabilizer absorption effect, the results showed that P(HABP-co-TMP-MF-mPEG1200-co-St) in the range of 250- 350 nm had a strong UV absorption, with the increase of HABP content, intensity of the UV absorption. The TGA of HABP and the copolymers were carried out; the results showed that the thermal stability of the copolymers increased.
