摘 要:肝纤维化是肝脏对不同病因所致的慢性损害产生的创伤愈合反应,以细胞外基质成分的过度增生和异常沉积为主要特征,是多种慢性肝病向肝硬化发展的中间病理阶段。近年来,细胞信号通路与肝纤维化的研究已取得较大进展。该文就丝裂素活化蛋白激酶信号通路、核因子κB信号通路、转化生长因子β/Smad通路等与肝纤维化的关系予以综述,以更深入而全面地了解肝纤维化的分子机制。Hepatic fibrosis is regarded as a pathologically repair reaction of the liver caused by various kinds of chronic liver diseases. It is characterized by an excessive proliferation and abnormal deposition of extracellular matrix. Hepatic fibrosis is a middle pathological stage in the procession from various chronic liver diseases to hepatic cirrhosis. Recently,researches on cell signal passageway and hepatic fibrosis have made great progress. Here is to make a review of the correlation of signal pathways of protein kinase activated by mitogen,NF-κB,TGF-β / Smad Wnt,and relationship of hepatic fibrosis,so as to understand the molecular mechanism of hepatic fibrosis further and roundly.
