卡介苗有效疤痕最小均径值的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨卡介苗有效疤痕的最小均径值。方法以参与全国科技重大专项课题《艾滋病、乙型肝炎、结核病及新发突发传染病疫苗质量评价技术与标准化研究》的北京、重庆和江苏共37家各级医疗卫生单位观测的卡痕和PPD皮试数据为依据,将卡痕均径值间隔1mm分组,并统计相应免疫成功率。结果各组卡痕均径值大小与免疫成功率呈正相关(r=0.787,P<0.05),卡痕均径≥2mm各组免疫成功率平均值,以及不同地区的免疫成功率均达到了卫生部规定的标准。结论卡介苗有效疤痕最小均径值可以设定为2mm。Objective To explore the minimum mean diameter value of the effective BCG scar.Methods Data on observation of BCG scar and PPD skin test were obtained from 37 different levels of medical and health units of Beijing,Chongqing and Jiangsu,respectively.Which participated national major science and technology project of‘Vaccine research on quality assessment of techniques and standardization studying about HIV/AIDS,hepatitis B,tuberculosis and new emergent infectious diseases＇.Grouping statistics was used by the mean diameter values interval of 1mm of the BCG scar and analysis the immune success rate of the inter-groups.Results The average value is positively correlated with the size of immune success rate in each group（r=0.787,P0.05）.Each average value of the immune success rate was at 2-mm or over 2-mm groups got the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Health.The immune success rate of the different regions also met the standard.Conclusion The lower limit by measuring the diameter of the mean effective BCG scar can be set to 2mm.
