青海省玉树藏族自治州生态畜牧业专业合作社发展现状的调查研究

摘　　要：为深入了解当前玉树州生态畜牧业专业合作社的发展状况,通过对合作社组建情况、合作社运行情况、入社农牧民人均纯收入情况等10个方面的系统调研,提出政府搭台、政策扶持是合作社的有力保障,健全机制、运行规范是合作社的立身之本,遵循原则、因社制宜是合作社的现实选择,以社员为本、加强扶持是合作社可持续发展的关键。为促进合作社的快速发展,建议强化对合作社的政策扶持和立法支持,加快合作社的市场化进程,完善社会化服务体系建设和创新合作社经营模式。Through investigation,we found the existing problems in the development of cooperatives and concluded that the government＇s support was a strong guarantee for cooperatives. Perfecting mechanism standardized operation were the foundation of cooperatives. Following the principle and adapting to local conditions are realistic choices for cooperatives. Members oriented and sustainable support are the keys to the sustainable development of cooperatives. In order to promote further development of cooperatives,we should strengthen policy support and law support for cooperatives. Accelerating the process of marketization,improving the social service system and optimizing operation mode of cooperatives are also should be stressed in the future.
