摘　　要：针对鼻液盒内衬垫,进行了吸塑成型工艺的分析与模具设计。分析内衬垫的结构与选材,对三种成型方案进行比较,对吸塑机构的结构与工作过程进行说明,并设计吸塑模结构。The techniques on plastics -absorption forming is analyzed and mould is designed in allusion to the inside backing strap of nose -liquid case.The structure and selection material of he inside backing strap are analyzed in brief, three forming projects are introduced and compressed concisely,the structure and working process for the plastics -absorp-tion mechanism are explained,the plastics -absorption mould is designed to some extent in the paper.
