摘　　要：目的:针对骨科手术中螺钉钉帽出现断裂导致螺钉难以取出的情况,研制一种快速接骨板断钉取出器。方法:通过制作定位套筒和取钉器,组成一套接骨板螺钉取出装置。结果:临床使用效果良好,能够在不破坏骨质的情况下很好地帮助医生取出钉帽断裂的螺钉。结论:该取出装置设计合理、效果显著,有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To develop a removing device for the broken pin during orthopedics operation. Methods The device was composed of a location sleeve and a remover. Results The broken pin could be removed with high effect and without injury to the bone. Conclusion The device has a reasonable structure and high effects, and thus is worth popularizing clinically.
