摘　　要：目的:全面提高门诊健康管理中心的工作效率,实现疗养院信息系统(sanatorium information system,SIS)和体检信息系统(physical examination information system,PEIS)的无缝链接。方法:利用Power Builder9.0软件编写接口程序,实现SIS、PEIS、实验室信息管理系统(laboratory information management system,LIS)及影像归档和通信系统(picture archiving and communication systems,PACS)之间的数据互通。结果:SIS、LIS和PACS间可实现信息交互,使疗养员基本信息和体检结果信息全院联网,实现了信息共享。结论:通过系统融合,推进了数字化门诊的进程,提高了门诊健康管理中心的体检工作效率和疗养院的管理水平。Objective To enhance the efficiency of outpatient health management center by realizing the seamless inter-face between sanatorium information system（SIS） and physical examination information system（PEIS）. Methods PowerBuilder9.0 was used to develop the interface software to implement the data communication between SIS, PEIS, LIS and PACS. Results The information communication was carried out between SIS, LIS and PACS, and the convalescent information and physical examination information were shared in the sanatorium. Conclusion Information sharing is realized through system fusion, and the efficiency of outpatient health management center and sanatorium is enhanced greatly.
