摘　　要：介绍了STATIM(时代)快速卡式消毒锅的优点和内部结构,分析了该设备以热电偶信号调理专用芯片AD595为核心的温度采集电路的工作原理,对使用中经常出现的温度相关的故障代码和可能的故障原因进行了归纳与总结,以期为消毒锅的维修和类似温度控制电路的设计提供有益的参考。The benefits and internal structure of STATIM cassette autoclave are introduced, whose working principle is analyzed with AD595 thermocouple signal conditioning chip as the core of the temperature acquisition circuit. The typical temperature failures and possible causes are summarized to provide references for the maintenance of the autoclave and the design of other temperature control circuits.
