摘　　要：目的:探讨如何提高医院急救设备的管理水平,使之长期处于完好备用状态。方法:分析了急救设备在使用与管理中存在的各种问题,从管理的各个角度提出了使急救设备长期处于良好备用状态的措施与方法。结果:医院急救设备完好备用率得到很大提高。结论:急救设备的管理也需要科学、合理、有效的方法。Objective To improve the management of hospital first-aid equipment to ensure its readiness. Methods The problems of the first-aid equipment were analyzed during the application and management, then some measures were put forward accordingly. Results The readiness of hospital first-aid equipment was enhanced greatly. Conclusion First-aid equipment has to be managed scientifically and effectively.
