摘 要:针对中江沙溪庙组气藏储层微裂缝发育、破裂压力高、加砂风险大、返排困难、储层伤害严重、增产效果差等难题及水平井加砂压裂本身存在的难点,开展了水平井"优化射孔、支撑剂段塞、粉陶降滤、纤维防砂、降低储层伤害、优化施工参数"等针对性的工艺技术研究,并现场应用23井次,施工成功率达100%,平均单井产量达到直井平均单井产量的8倍以上。表明,这一水平井分段压裂集成工艺技术能满足中江沙溪庙组复杂气藏改造的需要,是中江沙溪庙组气藏的高效开发的重要技术手段。In Zhongjiang gasfield,there are many problems occurring in Shaximiao Formation during a horizontal-well fracturing because many microfacies are developed in this reservoir,such as high fracturing pressure,large risk existing in adding sand,hard flowback,severe reservoir damage,and poor stimulation effect.Moreover,for one horizontal well,its sand fracturing has its own difficulties.So,some targeted technologies were presented,containing,to optimize perforation,to slug proppant,to reduce filtration by powder ceramic,to carry out fibre sand control,to decrease reservoir damage,and to optimize operating parameters.These technologies were applied to23 wells.And the success rate reached 100% and the average per-well production was up to 8times more than that of straight well,all showing that they are not only suitable for Shaximiao Formation but also the important tools to develop effectively this complex gas reservoir.
