摘  要:在塔北哈拉哈塘固井作业中,由于裸眼段、封固段较长,同一裸眼段地层存在多套压力系数,井筒内上下温差大,油气分布不均匀且存在裂缝型、溶洞型碳酸盐岩地层,采用常规固井极易诱发井漏,导致固井作业失败。针对以上情况,塔里木油田在该地区采用双级固井技术。应用结果表明:该技术在哈拉哈塘区块达到了预期的效果,应用的28口井固井质量全部合格,未出现井漏等复杂事故,缩短了施工时间,提高了固井质量。In northern Tarim Basin,some problems may emerge during cementing in Halahatang block because of longer openhole section and isolation section,multiple pressure coefficients existing at the same openhole section,great temperature difference between upper and lower wellbore,uneven oil and gas distribution,and coexistence of fractured and vuggy carbonate-rock formations.Moreover,conventional cementing is prone to induce lost circulation,resulting in a failure.So,this study recommends a technology of two-stage cementing.Its application results show that this technology can achieve an expected effect in Halahatang block.The cementing quality of all 28 applied well is qualified.No complex accidents such as lost circulation happen.It can not only shorten the drilling time but also enhance the cementing quality.
