摘 要:以烟草品种K326为材料,分别种植在河南平顶山、贵州遵义和云南江川三个典型生态区,在烟草叶片发育过程中对叶面腺毛形态、密度、腺毛分泌物及基因表达水平进行了比较研究。显微观察发现腺毛类型在3个地区间变化不大,都以长柄多腺头腺毛为主,但腺毛密度以贵州遵义产区的烟叶最高,河南次之,云南最低;GC/MS检测表明,西柏三烯二醇含量以河南产区为最高,且河南和云南产区随叶龄变化趋势相同;RT-PCR分析表明,西柏烷类化合物合成关键酶基因CYC-1和CYP71D16转录表达水平与西柏三烯二醇含量的变化趋势一致。该研究表明生态环境对烟草腺毛发育和物质代谢具有较大影响,叶面分泌物与烟叶风格特色密切相关。Comparative study was conducted to determain trichomes morphology and densitites, exudates on leaf surface and gene expression by planting one tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) variety K326 in three typical ecological regions, namely Pingdingshan of Henan province, Jiangchuan of Yunnan province, and Zunyi of Guizhou province. Results showed that no obvious difference was observed in trichome types, while trichome densities varied greatly between regions. Leaf trichome in Guizhou’s Zunyi proved to have the highest density, followed by that in Henan and Yunnan. Cembratriene-diol(CBT-diol), the main component of trichome exudates, registered the highest in tobacco leaf surface in Henan according to GC/MS.. The expression of CYC-1 and CYP71D16 displayed same tendency with CBT-diol content. It indicated that ecological environment influenced development of leaf trichomes and metabolism, and further affected characteristics of tobacco leaves.
