尿激酶在超声引导下治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿硬化120例

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿激酶在超声引导下晓卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿(OEC)硬化治疗中的应用价值。方法:收集卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者120例,肿物134个。随机分为两组,尿激酶组70个,生理盐水组64个,观察两组治疗效果、不同浓度尿激酶溶解效果、术后复发情况。结果:尿激酶组痊愈率、有效率明显优于生理盐水组,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);尿激酶组单位血块面积(95.3±17.8)um2,生理盐水组(1692.4±1029.1)um2,F=28.91,P=0.000。尿激酶组囊内容物抽吸速度为(2.76±2.65)ml/min,生理盐水组(1.43±0.55)ml/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:尿激酶能够安全有效的溶解卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿及囊壁上血凝块,明显减少抽吸难度,增强硬化剂凝固效果。Objective：：To investigate the value of urokinase Approach dawn in ultrasound ovarian endometriosis（OEC） hardening treatment. Methods：Ovarian endometriosis 120 patients, tumor 134. Were randomly divided into two groups, urokinase group 70, 64 saline group were observed treatment effect, the effect of different concentrations of urokinase, postoperative recurrence.Results：Urokinase group cure rate, efficiency significantly better than the saline group, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）; urokinase group of units of blood clots area （95.3 ±17.8）um^2, saline group （1692.4 ±1029.1） um^2, F=28.91,P=0.000. Urokinase group pumping speed of capsule contents （2.76±2.65） ml/min, the saline group （1.43±0.55） ml/min, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Urokinase can safely and effectively dissolve ovarian endometriosis and blood clots on the wall, significantly reducing pumping difficult, enhancing the effect of hardening agent solidified.
