复方象皮生肌膏治疗骨折创伤后引起褥疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方象皮生肌膏治疗骨折创伤后引起褥疮的临床效果。方法:将64例骨折创伤后引起褥疮的患者随机分成2组,治疗组(34例)采用复方象皮生肌膏治疗;对照组(30例)采用庆大霉素纱布治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为85.29%、对照组有效率为63.33%,疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗天数和愈合时间明显少于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:复方象皮生肌膏能有效治疗骨折创伤后引起褥疮。Objective：To observe the clinic al effect of compound xiangpi shengji cream for treatment of bedsore after fracture . Methods：64 patients were randomly divided into test group and control group,The test group （34 cases）was treated with compound xiangpi shengji cream, the control group （30） was treated with gentamicin gauze. Then observe the effect in both groups.Results：The effective rate of in the treated group was 85.29%,and the rate of the control group was 63.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Compared the wound healing efficacy and cure time in two groups,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） .The therapeutic effect of test group was better than that of control group. Conclusion：The compound xiangpi shengji cream has good effect on the treatment of bedsore after fracture.
