五皮草的生药学研究

摘　　要：目的:对五皮草进行系统的生药学研究。方法:采用来源鉴定、性状鉴定、显微及理化鉴定的方法。结果:五皮草为蔷薇科植物蛇含委陵菜Potentilla kleiniana Wight et Arn.的干燥全草或带根全草,详细描述了其生药鉴定特征。结论:实验结果可为该生药的鉴定,质量标准的制定及进一步开发利用提供依据。Objective： To perform pharmacognostic studies for Wupicao（Potentilla kleiniana）. Methods： Source identification, character identification, microscopic identification, as well as physical and chemical identification were used. Results：Wupicao was the dry complete grass or the whole plant of Rosaceae Potentilla kleiniana Wight et Arn. Crude drug identification was described in detail. Conclusion： The study could provide a theoretical basis for identification of its pharmacognosic identification, formulation of quality standards and further development and utilization.
