摘　　要：目的:通过对大理州城乡居民基本药物认知情况进行调查,为国家基本药物政策的普及和落实提供依据。方法:对人口特征、获得基本药物信息的渠道、认知度、居民主观因素等方面进行调查,运用SPSS18.0进行统计分析。结果:居民对基本药物的整体认知度较低。结论:通过加强基本药物制度在零售药店、医疗机构的宣传及普及、加强社会对基本药物政策实施的关注度等措施达到提高居民对基本药物认知度的目的。Objective： To provide a basis for popularization and promotion of national essential medicine policy through an investigation of urban and rural residents in Dali Prefecture in cognitive status of essential medicine. Methods： Population characteristics, access to essential medicine, cognition degree and residents subjective factors were investigated, and the results were statistically analyzed by SPSS18.0. Results： The residents had a low overall cognition degree of essential medicine. Conclusion：Improve residents＇ cognition degree of essential medicine by promoting and popularizing essential medicine system in retail drug stores and medical institutions as well as strengthening social awareness to the implement of essential medicine policy.
