摘　　要："泛珠"区域合作十年来取得了显著成效,但行政壁垒、地方本位主义和缺乏强约束力的运行机制仍然制约区域合作的深入发展。"泛珠"合作进入中后期后,更应让企业通过市场行为发挥主推动作用。未来合作中,广东要发挥引领作用,更加突出企业在"泛珠"区域合作中的主体作用,以扩大产业合作范围和深度为主线,在合作实践中不断探索和完善,最终形成市场决定、企业为主体、政府规划引导的体制和机制,为国家区域合作发挥示范和引领作用。未来"泛珠"区域合作需要加强培植区域开放体制新优势;携手建立区域产业转型升级与协作创新优势;健全政府与企业对话合作机制新优势;建立跨地区专业市场体系新优势;构建区域均衡发展新优势。The ＂Pan Pearl River Delta＂ regional cooperation has achieved notably.But administrative barriers, localism and lack of banding on operating mechanisms are actually restricting further development of the cooperation. When the regional cooperation enters the middle and late periods, the enterprises should play the leading role. Guangdong will need to play a leading role in promoting active role of enterprises, expanding industrial cooperation, establishing the system and mechanism determined by the market, and so forth.It is also necessary to create an open regional system for regional cooperation, industrial transformation, mechanism of cooperative dialogue between governments and enterprises,and formulation of trans-regional market, to achieve balanced development.
